excellent stay near madeleine
perfect location friendly staff smooth check-in
the location was perfect near madeleine. it was a short walk from the orsay museum. the staff were friendly and cute check-in was smooth
they should provide convertible outlets traveling from the us. a more affordable breakfast option would be nice too.

helpful staff easy access spacious bathroom
i found the staff very helpful. the location was great with easy access to shops. the spacious bathroom and multiple mirrors in the closet were especially convenient when getting ready with two people. i appreciated the proximity to many restaurants and a nearby wine store.
the mini fridge was empty upon arrival. i would have preferred to have some options available in the room. i ended up purchasing something at the reception.

the room size was great and very clean. it had a terrace offering a nice view of the street. the bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub, providing options for relaxation.

broken remote temperature fluctuation
the staff was alright.
The tv remote did not work. I had to get up to change channels. the shower temperature fluctuated a lot. It was annoying.

The location was convenient, being near attractions! the staff was helpful. breakfast had fresh selections. The check in process was quick.
The room was not as advertised. the size was about half of what was described. It felt overpriced for the actual space.
